New Criteria as of 10/17: This scholarship will be awarded to Real Estate Associate Degree students, who are enrolled in at least 6-9 credits and have completed Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Law.

Old Criteria: Awards to be made to full-time students in Associate Degree Programs and must have completed Real Estate Functions & Real Estate Law and be in the second semester of the Property Management Associate Degree Program.
