John "Jay" Balchunas Memorial Scholarship

Available to students enrolled in WCTC’s Fire Protection Technician associate degree program or the Paramedic technical diploma program. Student is required to be actively involved on, or with the fire department; scholarship funds are not available to replace educational funding available from the prospective student’s employer/fire department; there is no geographic limitation on scholarship eligibility, nor is there a minimum credit requirement.
